Safeguarding - sun cream

Dear Parents & Carers,

Today is one of the hottest days we have had this year. Less than 50% of our children came to school with sun cream on. One child said to me, "My family said we don't have to do it because school will do it for us."

It is your duty as parents to provide proper sun protection for your children. Please make it part of your morning routine on hot days. If you would like to send in sun cream for your child to keep their tray that would be helpful.
