SchoolY1 & Y2 Trip
Dear Parents and Carers of Y1 and Y2,
As you know when we organise trips, we have to ask for a "voluntary contribution" to cover the costs and if we don't receive enough money the trip can't go ahead.
At the moment there are a number of parents who haven't made the voluntary contribution and there is significant shortfall in the amount required for the Y1 and Y2 trip. I will inform you tomorrow if the trip is going ahead, at the moment it looks unlikely unless more payments are made overnight. If we do have to cancel the trip, parents who have paid will be refunded.
